You can reserve your room in either the Ocean Tower or the Rendezvous Tower.
Ocean Tower/Deluxe Room
The rooms in the Ocean Tower are conveniently located for easy access to the boardwalk, most of the restaurants at Resorts as well as most of the meeting rooms for our seminars and events.
Rendezvous Tower/Premier Room
The rooms in the Rendezvous Tower are very large and spacious. They are great if you are sharing a room with another person attending the convention and for families. A short walk past the casino and hotel lobby gets you to the boardwalk, restaurants and meeting rooms.
All the rooms at Resorts have had recent updates and/or renovations. The Rendezvous Tower is the newer tower. Please make note that the casino is not smoke free. There is a smoking section. While you do not have to walk through this section of the casino to get to the Rendezvous Tower you do walk past it.

- Each individual will be responsible for making their own reservations.
- Reservations must be made through Resorts Reservation Department by calling 1-888-797-7700 before the cut-off date – May 5th, 2014.
- Each individual must identify themselves with group code VIBF14 in order to receive the group discounted rate.
- Resort’s requires a one-night’s room deposit, per room, to guarantee individual accommodations.
- Reservations that are cancelled after 12:00AM the day prior to arrival (24 hours) will result in the one night’s room and tax charge to be forfeited. If a guest cancels prior to 24 hrs before arrival will they be refunded their room deposit.
- Any reservations made after the contracted cut-off date are on a space availability basis at the current rack rate
- Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is 11am.

- Go to www.resortsac.com
- On the left side on main screen you will see “Book Your Stay Online and Save.”
- Put in the Check In Date and how many nights you are staying and click “Search Rates.”
- On this page it will say no rooms are available, but you will see a blue icon to click for
“Special Rates and Offer Codes”, click on that and under Offer Code enter “VIBF14” and click “Check Availability.” - Then the page will come up for you to choose the room you would like with summary details, click “BOOK NOW.” If you want the breakdown of price per night click on “Offer Details.”
- On the next page put in your name and email address and click “Confirm” once ready to book. On the next page input your Credit Card information and click on “Complete Reservation.”

A discount between 3% - 10% is valid for travel to Philadelphia International Airport from May 15, 2014 through May 25, 2014.
